Happy New Year!
2018 brings a new month-long art challenge: Caricature Resolution 2018. This year’s theme is celebrities that are no longer with us, having past away either recently or not so much.
Day one’s challenge is: FREDDIE MERCURY
Being a huge QUEEN fan, I especially enjoyed drawing their iconic frontman’s many outstanding features. The reference I used had Mr. Mercury in his “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” leather jacket, but I changed his outfit to a more recognizable “Another One BItes The Dust” one.
