“Party at Doom Lagoon”
Maybe it’s just me, but upon reading lagoon and doom, I immediately thought of the old “Superfriends” cartoon, and that Darth-Vader-looking headquarters of the “Legion of Doom” emerging from the Swampy lagoon that it was situated in, for some unexplained reason.
From there, it wasn’t hard to imagine the members of that group of super-villains partying hard after a long week of battling those accursed superfriends and their teen companions.
Having never attended an actual party of this type, I had to imagine what goes on, so forgive my artistic license.
