BRENT BROWN is a native resident of the NC mountains near Asheville and Hendersonville. He has worked in illustration, cartooning, graphic design and as a caricaturist for over 25 years.
A graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, and Gulf War I Veteran, he has worked as a commercial artist at local publications, advertising agencies; for local ABC TV affilate, WLOS-TV; and marketing firms as both a staff employee and free-lancer. He has had work published locally as well as nationally in MAD Magazine and his cartoons can be seen bi-weekly in the Asheville-based, Mountain Xpress paper .
